Why I Love Starlight Express?
Starlight Express has been one of my favorite musicals for years. I love the incredible soundtrack, the breathtaking skating, and the unique train characters.
What makes every visit special is the ever-changing cast. Every performer brings their own energy and personality to the role, making each performance feel fresh and different. No matter how many times I see it, I always notice new details and create new memories.
That's why I'll always be excited to come back for another ride
Why I Love Red Caboose?
Red Caboose is my favorite Starlight Express character because he is unlike anyone else in the show.
I love how unpredictable he is. You never know whose side he is really on, and that makes every scene he appears in more interesting. His confidence, humor, and sneaky personality make him stand out from the other freight cars.
The 2018 Bochum version made me like him even more. His money-loving attitude, sharp wit, and deals with Greaseball and Electra make him a fun villain to watch. Even when he's causing trouble, he is entertaining and impossible to ignore.

I first watched Starlight Express in 2017.
Seeing Daniel Ellison as Red Caboose made a huge impression on me.
His performance was the reason Red Caboose became my favorite character, and it started my love for the show.
